Shipping policy

Standard flat rate postage and express postage is available as listed under the check out options. We try to keep shipping as simple as possible! 

Smaller flat items can be posted through standard post, not tracked, which we offer for our certain smaller products as listed under shipping.

National and Worldwide shipping available. 

We take no responsibility for non tracked postage getting lost. If you choose non tracked standard postage you take this risk. 

Tracked parcels being lost will need to be placed as a claim with the postal service such as Australia Post by you as the receiver.  We will however do our utmost to assist you in the process. We suggest you keep your tracking number for this purpose.
