Shipping policy

Standard flat rate postage and express postage is available as listed under the check out options. We try to keep shipping as simple as possible! 

Smaller flat items can be posted through standard post, not tracked, which we offer for certain smaller products as listed under shipping.

We take no responsibility for non tracked postage getting lost. If you choose non tracked standard postage you take this risk. 

National and Worldwide shipping available. Please note that “landed costs” (duties, taxes and/or fees charged by some international governments on import) may apply at your country of destination and are to be paid by you as a customer, these are outside our control.

Tracked parcels being lost will need to be placed as a claim with your local the postal service (such as Australia Post) by you as the receiver.  We will however do our utmost to assist you in the process. We suggest you keep your tracking number for this purpose.
